Registration

To get started, simply click on the 'REGISTRATION' orange button located at the top right side of all website pages to initiate the creation of a complimentary account. Complete the registration form, and once submitted, check your email for the login credentials. With these credentials, you can seamlessly choose your attendance options, conduct online payments, include companions, submit abstracts, and upload papers. At this initial stage, there is no obligation to confirm your attendance at the conference.

It's important to note that the creation of your account implies your agreement to the conference's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Additionally, you will be automatically added to the conference mailing list, ensuring you receive timely email updates on the conference program, venue, social events, and other pertinent information.

To finalize your registration and secure your place at the Conference, kindly submit the registration fee, as outlined in the following paragraph. Post-payment, an automated PayPal receipt will be sent to your email, while a comprehensive receipt will be accessible for download within your account.

Additional Paper Fee

An additional fee of USD 400.00 is applicable for each subsequent paper submitted by the same lead author after the initial submission.



Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration Cancellation. You can cancel your registration at any time by sending a written request to organizingcommittee@kaconf.com
Once cancelled, all personal data linked to the registration will be promptly removed from the conference database and email lists

Refund Policy. Registration fees are refundable, minus a $200 handling fee, for cancellation requests received in writing before August 30, 2024. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.



Conference Liability and Cancellation policy

The conference reserves the right to cancel or make significant modifications to the program in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, or any other force majeure event. In such instances, the conference will restrict its liability to issuing refunds for registration fees only.



Substitutions

Confirmed registrants can request substitutions at any time. For desired substitutions, please ensure timely submission of requests to organizingcommittee@kaconf.com
